Four different ways to use AntPack

You can use AntPack from Python or using the graphical user interface (GUI).

The Python interface is extensive, flexible, easy to use and is the most powerful way to use AntPack for most data analysis.

Starting in v0.3.7, you can also use the GUI. The GUI makes it easy to quickly view and compare a few sequences against each other or against their closest VJ genes in humans or mice. To launch the GUI type::
